Sliders
January 21, 2013 • Food
My family loves sliders, they are just little tiny burgers and they go fast around here. I have looked all over for the perfect recipe for them and here is what I have found works. It has been tweaked over the years to satisfy my family.
In a big bowl you mix all together.
You start with real hamburger we make an entire broiler pan full so I use about 2 to 4 lbs.
Then you mix 1 pack of French Onion Soup mix per pound of hamburger.
Give it a big dose of ketchup and 2 eggs and mix it good.
I prefer to mix it with my hands, it just gets all together better for me.
After all is mixed well press into a broiler pan or any type of pan with some sides. This is key to catch and hold the grease.
Put this in the oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
When done all you do is drain the grease and cut to the size of your bun. We use little rolls for ours and add fried onions and cheese. Enjoy!!
